Why would I admit that when the situation is the exact opposite? Accepting that bullshit requires willful ignorance or deception. Ukraine has achieved parity in tanks, is received advanced fighters, Russia is losing new tanks as fast as they can field them, and the UAF is taking ground from inferiorly-equipped and trained Russian troops every day. You call this "a total failure" based on nothing!
Capitulation is what you want, and you pretend Ukraine is losing or that maintaining support will result in WW3. You have all the knowledge of a useful idiot and the cynicism of a coward.
