d on…of that history is a conflict called the Butlerian jihad. This war spanned the years 201 to 108 BG. Not being a Dune nerd, I’m not sure what the time terminology means, but the event occurred hundreds, perhaps thousands of years before Paul Atreides appeared on the scene.
