Everything, frankly. You are offended by what she said, and here you are using a perfect example of gender roles and sexism in industry to trying to justify the very myth she was undermining. If that's not clear, let me illustrate it for you.
Construction is a perfect example of an industry that women were prevented from taking part in because of the myth of the male provider and "men's work." It's historically hostile nature is also a reason why it is still largely composed as men, like many other forms of "men's work."
Using that as an example to say "men are providers" is therefore asinine and weak. It's like saying "men lead the world." Yeah, because women were forbidden for so long and are still discriminated against today.
Furthermore, I don't believe for one second you've seen video evidence that men are always the hunters in hunter-gatherer societies today. You have no idea what you're talking about and, frankly, citing Youtube as a source is about the dumbest thing you can do.
