Except that there is plenty of counter-narrative out there, and the disturbing thing is how closely it resembles Moscow's narrative. They too are trying to deflect from crimes committed on the ground, claim that they are winning the war, that peace will only come with concessions, that the war was "provoked" by NATO expansion, and "Nazism" in Ukraine.

Many voices on the left have adopted these talking points in an attempt to defy the so-called "western narrative," as if there is no way of discerning facts independently or individually. Is that a concern at all for you (serious question, no accusations implied)?
