Incidentally, Trump said far more than the headline. His words were:

"Mr. Chairman, Joe Biden may be Sleepy and Very Slow, but he is not a “rabid dog.” He is actually somewhat better than that, but I am the only one who can get you where you have to be. You should act quickly, get the deal done. See you soon!"

This was a weak-willed and pathetic response to Kim insulting and advocating murder of an American citizen. He also chose to turn a blind eye on how Kim murdered a CIA informant, his half-brother, saying:

"I would tell him that would not happen under my auspices."

This is another case of Trump kissing Kim's ass for no other reason than because he was stupid enough to fall for flattery and became convinced they were friends. He had the same problem with Putin, never realizing he was a "useful idiot" to Putin and nothing more.
