No, only one is covered by the law, at least in countries that have an enlightened policy regarding reproduction. A robot would be incapable of distinguishing between one life and another and would be caught in a paradox. A robot concluding that an unborn child is not human based on legalities, that would be bad programming, and it would result in a breakdown.

Also, how does the Third Law apply? That law states that a robot must protect its existence, but NOT where violating the First Law is concerned.
