The Russian tactic of attrition succeeded, all right. It succeeded in killing tens of thousands of Russians for limited gains around one small town (Bahkmut), created a coup on behalf of Wagner, and once again run Russian ammunition stocks into the ground.
Your skills of projection are impressive. You claim NATO is suffering from the very acute problems Russia is, i.e., manpower, ammo, and total losses on the battlefield. But of course, you have to pretend, how else can you possibly sell this "we can't win, we have to give in!" propaganda fed to you directly by the Kremlin.
