Right? And despite what people here are claiming (you didn’t read the article) this is exactly what the author is arguing! He put it in the title, FFS!

And it’s a classic Trump and MAGA justification - they blame the left for their choices. They think that people acknowledging racism, gender identity, and recognizing the rights of all people is “radical,” “anti-male,” and “anti-white.”

They even claim, “I voted for Trump because you judged me for voting for Trump!” As you said, that’s children’s logic, the kind that says, “Don’t tell me to stick my finger in the socket or I will!” or “Don’t tell me to stop dating this abusive loser; it only makes me want him more!”

Unfortunately, some adults never learn, especially when politics and media reinforce their poor decisions and shield them from objective reality.

And it amuses me folks will claim the left has gone extreme or radical or that this is a “both sides” problem, which is not only wishy-washy old-school liberalism but demonstrably false. The radical Left doesn’t vote for Democrats because they think they’re “too corporate” or “mainstream.”

They also blame their choices and the consequences on others, mainly the other leftists who didn’t side with them. They want purity and populism and don’t care if they are left with fascist fundamentalism, it’s all somebody else’s fault.

The problem here is entitlement, people who think that not only are they right, but everyone has to agree with them. Only one party has embraced that kind of stupid, child-like behavior, and it isn’t the Democrats.
