For starters, has it not occurred to you that people are simply numb from the repetitive cycle? Russia attacks, Russia's defeated, Russia commits atrocities, Zelensky asks for more aid, the U.S. treads the fine line, Putin is becoming more unhinged, peace talks stalled.

Second, you obviously missed the recent news that the UK has committed to sending MLRS rocket systems to Ukraine. This will likely push Biden into making similar commitments, despite Belarus' threats that this will result in retaliation against NATO.
