That is complete bullshit. He urged continued support for Ukraine in the face of Russia's invasion and claims they are moving to admit Ukraine. Here is the transcript of his speech. Please show me where he blamed "NATO expansion" for the war.

And the only reason you've been saying this since the beginning of the invasion (actually since 2014!) is because you're in the habit of parroting anything Putin says.

The argument that "NATO expansion" is to blame is simpleton logic. Countries ask to join NATO because being invaded by Russia is precisely what they fear! Putin only views it as a threat because it gets in the way of his attempts to resurrect the good old days of the USSR and Tsarist empire, which he actually admitted!
