The Colorado court, they decided to remove Trump from the ballot based on the 14th Amendment. There is no provision saying “he has to be tried for insurrection or treason first.” And I think we’ve exhausted the “this will only make Trump more popular” line. The man is a traitor and a vicious criminal and people and the system have pussy-foot around him since 2016. Hence why he keeps avoiding accountability.
