The Sukhoi-27 is not a fifth generation fighter, pal. It's fourth generation, introduced in the 1970s. I wouldn't expect you to know, seeing as how you posted a picture of an F-16, NOT a Sukhoi-27.

And you can totally run fighters of this kind when your economy is geared towards military spending or completely run by corrupt oligarchs. Hence why much of Russia's army is using obsolete equipment that doesn't even work.
