To be fair, I have nothing against speculation and skepticism. But if you're going to claim there's a conspiracy going on, it better make sense. That's the difference between a conspiracy, and a conspiracy theory.
Conspiracy theories appeal to paranoia, fear, and the idea that the perpetrators know what they are doing. Real conspiracies are obvious, visible, and demonstrable. There's no mystery as to who is pulling the strings, and the motivations are exactly what they appear to be.
This is summed up well in the old saying, "the only people who think capitalists are rational are communists." The same applies to conspiracy theorist, people who think some nebulous "deep state" or other entity is behind everything and pulling the strings to their advantage.
