Trump supporters are not over half the population. There are over 220 million people who are eligible to vote in the US. Trump got 74,832,527 votes vs. 71,238,534 votes for Harris. The remaining 80 million people who didn't vote are the greatest share, and they suffer from the same problem you do - not seeing the difference between an "establishment politician" and a petty fascist.

Also, people rightly attribute these things to Trump's two victories because they were on full display! Once again, a woman lost for not being "good enough" while a serial sex offender, adulterer, convicted felon, blatant incompetent, and disgusting old man who broadcasts all the signs of dementia won. I think its you who has a "glaring inability" to notice these things.
