What are you talking about, "formed Al-Qaddafi"? Do you mean to say formed Qaddafi's government or put him into power? Because I made no such claims in this article.

And the invasion wasn't planned (two n's) in two days, the Reagan admin had been monitoring the situation for weeks and the Pentagon has plans in place for contingencies such as these. The execution was also clumsy, as indicated by the lack of coordination, the many casualties (19 KIA, 116 wounded), nine downed helicopters, and the way U.S. forces were ambushed. The outcome of this invasion is what led to the serious military reforms that followed, the main one being the Goldwater-Nichols Act.

Was this meant to be a serious comment, because it feels like a poor attempt at sarcasm (with notable errors).
