What “hurricane”? Bin Laden’s death had no affect in the ongoing “war on terror.” The U.S. had already withdrawn from Iraq, become mired in Afghanistan, and was using drones like never before. The rise of ISIS had far more to do with the Syrian Civil War than anything else. I fail to see how any of this is relevant or even new.
