Yeah, this sounds like a temper tantrum on behalf of a white boys department. They're mad that they have to be taking orders from a woman. A Black woman? Well, they're probably real careful about their feelings on that, but it seems obvious to me race has something to do with it too.

"Hostile work environment," in this case, strikes me as code for "this is our club, we don't want no girls telling us what to do!"
